Resistance and Reflections on Palestine Liberation – an evening with Leigh Cadno

Leigh discusses his experience on the Flotilla, as a nurse in Gaza and discussing action.

Join us for an evening of talks, music, art and poetry in solidarity with Palestine and the Palestinian liberation movement; From the march to Gaza, UK protests and the Global Flotilla. Leigh is a retired Welsh Nurse activist, Aid worker and Flotilla member. Leigh will share with us eye witness accounts of powerful acts of nonviolent Resistance.

This is not only type of protest, in Solidarity with Palestine and the Palestinian liberation movement, it is also a fundraising event for the Balata refugee camp and the Yaffa health care for all. 100% of the proceeds will get through. I worked with the Yaffa foundation nurses in Balata refugee camp. They care for refugees from all over Palestine and sell products made by Gaza widows”
