Globalheads, the exciting monthly World Music night in Caernarfon, has been bringing some big names and international acts to North Wales in the last few months! Now we’re bringing the local groove for Summer scenes with North Wales’ favourite Afro-Latin Funk band.

Always a fantastic live experience, Banda Bacana are a 9 piece band who have built up a strong reputation amongst fans of world music and afro-latin beats, for getting any dance floor stomping. Their groove-based music comes from a range of different influences and cultures: funk, afrobeat, latin, reggae and ska with an emphasis on infectious grooves, getting down and having fun.
